Topics across languages
Each review is sorted into topics, such as sign-in problems, battery drain or a requested dark mode, and scored for sentiment. Reviews in different languages about the same problem land in the same topic.

How import works 02Google Play stays the source of truth. Listings, screenshots, releases and ratings update on their own, and your edits stay.
How sync works 03Bugs, crashes and feature requests from your new reviews, with an alert when complaints spike, including problems your crash reports never see.
See how it worksPaste your Google Play developer page, developer ID or name. Rovelix finds your apps and publishes a portfolio website for your studio, with a full page for every app built from its own listing.
Update a listing once. Rovelix brings the change to every page in your catalog daily, so the same facts never need maintaining in two places.
The next sync runs on its own
Some of the worst problems never raise an exception. The app doesn’t crash, so nothing gets reported, but your users notice, and they say so in their reviews.
Rovelix reads each new review, groups reviews by topic across languages, notices when one spikes, points to the version where it started, and alerts your team.
HighSign-in keeps looping back to the login screen
Reviews about signing in rose from about 3 a day to 24 in the last 24 hours, and most were written on 3.8.0, released the day before.
Since the update it keeps sending me back to the sign-in screen.

Each review is sorted into topics, such as sign-in problems, battery drain or a requested dark mode, and scored for sentiment. Reviews in different languages about the same problem land in the same topic.
When complaints about a topic rise well above their usual level, or ratings drop, Rovelix opens an incident rated from Low to Critical and follows it until it subsides.
Each version is rated Healthy, Monitoring, Degraded or Critical from the reviews written on it, compared with the versions before it.
Recurring problems and the features people ask for, ranked by how many reviews mention them and how quickly that’s growing.
A short brief of what changed for each app and across the workspace, and email summaries at the hour each person chooses.
Each teammate picks instant alerts by severity, summaries only, or nothing. Webhooks can post incidents and release health changes to your tools as signed JSON or Slack messages.
Crashes and bugs here are the ones people describe in their reviews. Rovelix reads public Google Play reviews, not Play Console crash reports or Android vitals, and reports what it finds as signals, such as complaints that rose after a release, not as a diagnosis of the cause.

Yes, with a portfolio website, included with Pro and Business. Paste your developer page, developer ID or name and Rovelix finds your apps, up to 200 per import. One click creates and publishes the portfolio and a page for each app. When you release another app, Rovelix spots it within a day, ready to add from the portfolio’s Apps tab.
Crash reporting sees what your code throws: exceptions, stack traces and crash rates. Plenty of problems never throw anything, like a login that loops, a purchase that won’t restore, an update that drains the battery, an export that silently fails or an ad that covers the close button. People describe those in reviews. Rovelix reads the reviews, notices when a complaint rises above its usual level and shows which version it followed. It works alongside crash reporting rather than replacing it: it doesn’t see crash reports or Android vitals, and what it finds is a signal to look into, not a diagnosis.
The public Google Play reviews of every online app website and app page in a workspace with Review Intelligence. Each app is read in its website’s language and country, plus up to 2 more you choose. New reviews are checked as often as every hour while they’re coming in, slowing to once a day when an app is quiet. Past reviews are imported from up to 12 months back, leaving room in the allowance for new reviews and picking up again after it resets if it runs short. Reviews count toward the workspace’s monthly allowance of up to 10,000 reviews, which resets on the 1st of each month (UTC).
Yes. Owners and admins can add webhooks for new, escalated, reopened and resolved incidents and for release health changes. Each is sent as signed JSON, or as a message for a Slack incoming webhook, and retried if your endpoint is down. Every teammate also chooses their own email alerts and summaries.
Public plans include up to 50 apps per workspace. For larger catalogs we set up a private plan sized to your apps and review volume, and API keys let you automate imports, edits, sync and publishing. Tell us about your catalog.
