A plan covers one workspace and sets how many apps and portfolio websites it can have. Each app counts toward the plan’s apps, whether it has its own address or is an app page on a portfolio. Portfolio websites don’t use an app; they have their own limit. The workspace’s monthly AI content writing, Google Play fetches and reviews analyzed are shared by all of its websites.

Online websites sync daily on every plan. Websites on Pro and Business can also be refreshed on demand. Each new website, automatic sync and manual refresh uses one Google Play fetch from the workspace’s monthly allowance, and a fetch that fails is returned. If fetches run out, websites stay online, automatic syncs wait until the allowance resets, and new websites and manual refreshes are unavailable until then.

Each plan with Review Intelligence includes a number of reviews a month, shared by every app in the workspace, up to 10,000 reviews on public plans. New reviews, and reviews their authors edit, count when they’re imported for analysis; replies and helpful votes on reviews you already have don’t. The newest reviews come first, and older ones are imported within your plan’s history while the allowance has room. If the allowance runs out, monitoring pauses until the 1st of the month (UTC) and the workspace owner gets an email. Everything already analyzed stays available.

Every online app website and app page in the workspace. You can pause monitoring for any app, add languages and countries up to your plan’s number, and ask for a check now, as often as your plan’s check interval allows.

Free includes websites for 3 apps and 150 Google Play fetches per month, shared across all of an owner’s Free workspaces. Imports are also limited to 5 attempts per rolling 24 hours and 20 per rolling 30 days, including API imports. Your create page shows your exact limits and what remains.

Started import attempts count even if the provider fails, and a failed fetch is returned to your monthly allowance. Deleting a website makes room for another app but does not reset attempts.

Plans with a free trial show its length above. A trial needs a card, and you are charged only if you keep the plan after the trial ends. Each owner can start one trial. Cancel in billing at any time before the trial ends.

Paste your Google Play developer page, developer ID or developer name on the create page. Rovelix finds your apps, selects them and fills in a name and address. Portfolio websites are included with Pro and Business, and you can choose a plan without leaving the page. One click then creates and publishes the portfolio and a page for each app. New app pages start with listing copy; you can edit it or use optional AI afterward.

It finds them, and you decide. Rovelix checks your Google Play developer page every day. When a new app appears, the workspace owner gets an email and the app waits on the portfolio’s Apps tab, ready to add in one click. Nothing is published until you add it. Scheduled sync keeps the apps you’ve already added current while preserving your manual edits.

By default, apps become app pages on the portfolio’s address. Before creating the portfolio, you can instead give every app its own Rovelix address. That structure is then fixed. An app page can later get its own address while keeping the same content, and its old page redirects there. You can move it back to an app page at any time, once any custom domains on it are removed.

Each Google Play app has one website per workspace. A published website can appear in more than one portfolio as an existing website without being duplicated, and it counts once toward your plan’s apps.

You choose the billing interval for your workspace plan. Annual prices are shown next to each plan.

Billing shows the prorated amount before you confirm. A change that needs payment or further confirmation stays pending until it completes. If the new plan includes fewer apps or portfolio websites than you have published, the oldest stay online up to the new limits and the rest pause until you make room. App pages pause with their portfolio. Paused websites keep their content and can still be edited. On a plan without Review Intelligence, review monitoring stops, and review data is deleted after 30 days unless the workspace moves back to a plan that includes it.

Paid features remain available until the end of the period you paid for. After that the workspace moves to the Free plan: your oldest published app websites stay online up to its limit and the rest pause until you make room or choose a plan. Portfolio websites and the apps in them pause. Saved content remains available in the editor. Custom domains and premium features stop applying. Review monitoring stops too, and review data is deleted after 30 days unless you choose a plan with Review Intelligence again.

It uses your public listing and the review sample allowed by your plan. Check the generated draft before publishing. AI content writing uses a monthly allowance that resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). Free includes 20 AI generations per month, shared across all of an owner’s Free workspaces. The editor shows what is available, and you can always edit by hand.

No. Rovelix uses public store information and public reviews for your apps. You never share your Google Play Console login.

Yes, on Pro and Business. Paste the snippet into a website’s header or footer code in its Settings. It runs on every page of the live website at its own address, and never in previews. Workspace owners and admins can change it.
