These terms describe your responsibilities when using Rovelix to create and host websites for Android apps. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your login and API keys secure. You are responsible for the actions of people you authorize in your workspace and for activity performed with your API keys. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your apps and content
Only publish websites for apps and content you own or are authorized to represent. You retain ownership of content you supply and give Rovelix permission to retrieve, store, reproduce, and display it as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your website, support information, legal notices, and any claims about your app.
Acceptable use
Do not use Rovelix for unlawful content, impersonation, phishing, malware, infringement, abusive automation, or attempts to access another user's data. Do not bypass plan limits or interfere with the service. We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse or protect other users.
Store data and synchronization
App information depends on public Google Play data and our data provider. Information can be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or changed by the source. Sync schedules describe the normal frequency for each plan and are subject to successful data retrieval. Review your website and use the available editing and publishing controls to manage its content.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed per app website at the price and billing interval shown during checkout, plus any applicable tax. You authorize recurring payment until you cancel. You can manage cancellation in the billing portal. Paid features normally remain available through the paid billing period and are removed when the subscription ends. Any refund is subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the request; contact us for billing issues.
Domains and availability
You must control any custom domain you connect and maintain the required DNS records. Domain routing and certificate issuance depend on correct DNS and third-party infrastructure. We work to maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular search ranking, traffic level, or number of app downloads.
Changes and ending use
You can unpublish or delete app websites through the portal and contact us about closing your account. We may change features and these terms as the service evolves. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
