These terms describe your responsibilities when using Rovelix to create and host websites for Android apps and to monitor their Google Play reviews. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your login and API keys secure. You are responsible for the actions of people you authorize in your workspace and for activity performed with your API keys. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your apps and content

Only publish websites for apps and content you own or are authorized to represent. You retain ownership of content you supply and give Rovelix permission to retrieve, store, reproduce, process and display it as needed to provide the service, including sending public listing and review data to our AI provider when you use AI features or Review Intelligence. You are responsible for the accuracy of your website, support information, legal notices, and any claims about your app, and for acting on the deletion requests people send through your website within the time it states.

AI-generated copy

Website copy produced by Rovelix’s AI features is a draft generated from your public listing and public reviews. We check it against that material, but you must review it before publishing and you remain responsible for everything your website says. Review excerpts shown as testimonials are public Google Play reviews; you may remove any of them. AI generations are limited per plan and per day, and availability may change.

Review insights and alerts

Review Intelligence reports automated signals drawn from public Google Play reviews, such as topics, incidents, release health and summaries. They are statistical, can be incomplete or wrong, and are not a diagnosis of your app: a rise in complaints after a release doesn’t prove that the release caused it. Alerts, summaries and webhook deliveries are sent on a best-effort basis and can be delayed or missed, so don’t rely on them as your only way to find problems. Review monitoring depends on public Google Play data and on your plan’s monthly review allowance.

Acceptable use

Do not use Rovelix for unlawful content, impersonation, phishing, malware, infringement, abusive automation, or attempts to access another user’s data. Header and footer code you add runs on your websites under your responsibility: it must not harm visitors, collect data without the notice and consent the law requires, or attack the service or others. Only point webhooks at endpoints you control or are authorized to use. Do not bypass plan limits, preview limits or interfere with the service. We may restrict or suspend access, or disable custom code or webhooks, to address abuse or protect other users.

Store data and synchronization

App information depends on public Google Play data and our data provider. Information can be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or changed by the source. Sync and review check schedules describe the normal frequency for each plan and are subject to successful data retrieval. Review your website and use the available editing and publishing controls to manage its content.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans are billed per workspace at the price and billing interval shown before you confirm, plus any applicable tax, on one subscription per workspace. A plan’s limits, including its number of websites and monthly allowances, apply to the workspace as a whole. Plan changes are prorated and shown before you confirm them. You authorize recurring payment until you cancel. A free trial requires a payment card, is limited to one per owner, and becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. You can manage cancellation, payment methods and invoices in the billing area. Paid features normally remain available through the paid billing period and are removed when the subscription ends; websites over the free plan’s limit then pause. Any refund is subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the request; contact us for billing issues.

Domains and availability

You must control any custom domain you connect and maintain the required DNS records. Domain routing and certificate issuance depend on correct DNS and third-party infrastructure. We work to maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular search ranking, traffic level, or number of app downloads.

Changes and ending use

You can unpublish or delete app websites through the portal and contact us about closing your account. We may change features and these terms as the service evolves. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
